Fair application of the law!!!!
If we are going to have city ordinances they should be enforced and enforced FAIRLY. If you or I were to get caught burning garbage we would get a ticket. If we were caught with garbage on our property for over seven days we woould again get a ticket. Abandoned vehicle, another ticket. Messy property=ticket. However these laws are not being applied fairly and by that I mean some folks are violating ALL of the above mentioned laws and yet it seems to be a real struggle to get someone to do anything about this. Why arent these people being TICKETED???? What good are these laws if they are not going to be enforced??? What do you think
